20 years ago, in 1989 Hypersoft set the goal to provide "the best support of the catering industry". Hypersoft established a standard 3 years of warranty as first supplier, as well as a convenient instant substitution service for all hardware devices. In the present we proudly affirm to offer a perfectly coordinated support concept for our customers.

A support request mostly begins with a telephone call. By calling the Hypersoft support phone number you will catch a personal contact person on 365 days of the year. Our skilled experts are at your disposal. In case all experts are busy a competent call centre will release you from the waiting loop. All support requests are journalised and evaluated for product improvement.

We achieved a direct response rate from Hypersoft experts of 75% of all support concepts from customers. About 5% of our customers use the innovative alternative to send support requests by Hypersoft Master Control Panel, and our professional call centre is taking care of only 25% of all phone calls.
